From social content and audience growth to marketing strategy and campaign execution, we operate across the full digital landscape to support releases, tours, and major cultural moments.
Weβre looking for a creative and detail-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to support our online campaigns across social media, content marketing, paid ads, and email. This role is essential in helping drive audience engagement, grow online presence, and support digital initiatives for our artists, events, and company brands.
Youβll work closely with the marketing, creative, and PR teams to deliver effective digital assets, manage content calendars, and analyse performance.

β Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
β Support the creation of digital assets, including graphics, short-form videos, copy, and social templates
β Help manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and more
β Monitor campaign performance and compile weekly/monthly reports
β Update websites, event listings, and artist pages with new content and announcements
β Assist with email marketing β drafting newsletters, building mailing lists, and tracking engagement
β Research digital trends, audience behaviours, and emerging platforms relevant to music and entertainment
β Coordinate with internal teams to support release rollouts, tour promotions, and campaign deadlines
β Maintain digital asset libraries, content calendars, and reports

β 1β2 yearsβ experience in digital marketing or social media (experience in music, entertainment, or creative industries preferred)
β Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices
β Basic content creation skills (graphics, short-form video editing, copywriting)
β Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, or similar
β Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
β Confident written and verbal communicator
β Ability to work across multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
β Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic about digital culture
β A passion for music, live events, and artist marketing is a big plus
